Most of Wedding Designs Venues offer a Speci
For example, if you are looking at having a 300 person wedding reception at Venue 'A' that offers a $12.00 per-person rebate, then your complete package would cost the equivalent of the per-person 300 guest wedding pricing schedule multiplied by 300 minus $12.00 per head. Our consultants will help demonstrate how this works.
As some venues have retail rates well above the others it is not possible for all venues to offer the same rebate, however, even without a rebate, the Wedding Designs Package is priced to save you money so you are already financially better off using Wedding Designs than by going direct.
Food Policy
High standards are essential for quality weddings and at Wedding Designs, we do not believe in compromising quality. With the exception of one or two Premium venues, all of our Wedding Reception Venues offer a comprehensive food menu with choices at the reception of two entrée, two mains and two desserts. These final choices are selected from a huge list of menu choices that are usually determined around fourteen days before the wedding date.
To add to these choices, every wedding designs Reception Venue offer both vegetarian meals and meals that cater for special diets. Beverage

Wedding Designs has created all-inclusive beverage packages
that last a minimum of five hours. These consist of:
It is important to consider five hours as the minimum acceptable length of time for beverage consumption at a Wedding as less than this can often lead to expensive on-consumption charges on the night. This is the reason all Wedding Designs packages come standard with this beverage service period inclusion. Deposits Policy
Standard $3,950.00 Deposit (including tax) on all packages payable upon confirmation of Wedding Reception Venue. All of the Service providers that you have selected receive a deposit to lock them in to your wedding date - ensuring that everything is as smooth as promised on the big day. You receive confirmation from us once all deposits have been received and accepted by the service providers. Cancellation
Policy
![]() Cancellation outside of nine months to wedding day incurs a 10% cancellation charge of the deposit paid with the remainder being returned to the client without delay. Due to the strict conditions from Venues and Service Providers, Cancellation between nine months and four months to the wedding day, incurs a 50% cancellation charge with the remaining 50% of the deposit refunded to the Client. If cancelled within four months to wedding day, client forfeits full deposit. The Number of people in the pricing schedule refers to Adult Guests at the reception. Children however are offered a reduced pricing schedule on the final Adult Pricing Schedule which is consistent across all venues
